This branch of Caffe Nero is located in Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, it is inside the old Starbucks unit and next to PRET.
This is one of two Nero branches in the Piccadilly area, with another branch outside on the walk-up to the station.
I found the staff here to be quite poor, communication skills were bad and so was the overall helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
I ordered a latte as I had my O2 Priority offer which entitles me to a free drink on Tuesday afternoons, any extra flavouring syrup or whipped cream would be 45p each.
The overall feel of the store was nice in parts, albeit there didn't appear to be as much seating as the predecessor in this unit, Starbucks.
My drink quality was bad, the espresso has a slightly burnt and chocolatly taste which I didn't like, considering this and other factors I sadly feel Manchester Piccadilly's new Caffe Nero store deserves a single one-star rating. -

The barista completely missed me in the queue completely and then when I got my hot chocolate it was mostly froth and barely anything in it. This is the shop inside the station and I'll not be using it again.
